Program Access Maintenance - Launch Security
Program Access Maintenance - LaunchUse this screen to launch the Security Program Access Maintenance program where you can provide a user with access to RentalMan programs and give them special security codes that allow them to perform certain actions in the software.
Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.
Access this program from the System File Maintenance menu. Enter the name of the user for whom you want to set up program access and security codes. The user must first be set up in the Employee Security File Maintenance program. You can also use the Page Up and Page Down keys to scroll through the users that have been set up in the security program access file.

Enter the name of the user for whom you want to set up program access and security codes.

Help. Place your cursor in a field and press F1 to access online help for that field. Place your cursor outside of any field, and press F1 to access online help at the program level. |

Exit. Exit the page or program. |

Inquiry Mode. Switch the program to INQUIRY mode where all information is view-only. |

F11 |
Maintenance Mode. Switch the program back to CHANGE mode. |
|
F12 |
Cancel/Previous. Exit the program or move back a screen. |
