Code MaintenanceUse this program to enter and maintain postal codes for cities within a specified country.
Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.
Access this screen by entering a valid country code on the Post Code Maintenance - Launch screen. Enter cities with their postal codes, and press Enter to save the records. You can enter the cities directly on the blank lines in the list, or you can press F6 to access the Add City popup window where you can enter the cities and postal codes as well. Use option 4 to delete a city/postal code record.

Delete. Enter 4 in the Option field to delete the city/postal code record. |
Displays the code of the country for which you are maintaining city/postal code records.
Enter the name of the city for which you want to create a postal code record. Alternately, press F6 to enter the city in the popup window.
Enter the postal code for the city. More than one postal code can be entered for any given city.
