Use this popup window to enter comments for item count discrepancies. Also use this window to enter the item number and serial number for items found and counted that were not on the count sheet.

Access this popup window by entering Option 5 for an item count record on the Parts/Merchandise Cycle Count Entry screen. For item count discrepancies, enter a comment, and then press Enter. For items that were found that were not listed on the count sheet, enter all information, and then press Enter.

Fields

Item Number

Displays the number of the item from the cycle count sheet. Enter the item number for an item that was found that was not on the count sheet.

Serial Number

Displays the serial number associated with the item. If applicable, enter the serial number for an item that was found that was not on the count sheet.

Comment

Enter a comment when there is an item count discrepancy.

Function Keys

Function Key	Description
F1	Help. Place your cursor in a field and press F1 to access online help for that field. Place your cursor outside of any field, and press F1 to access online help at the program level.
F3	Exit. Exit the page or program.
F12	Cancel/Previous. Exit the program or move back a screen.
