Use this program to manually create or close cycles for cycle counting outside of the regularly-scheduled NIGHTLY process.

Navigation

Access this program from the Physical Inventory menu in the Purchasing application.  Enter the number that corresponds with the action you want to perform, and then press Enter.

 

Fields

Mode (1, 2, 3, 4)

Enter the number that corresponds with the action you want to perform.  Valid entries include:

• 1-Create Equipment - Create cycles for cycle counting equipment

• 2-Close Equipment - Close all equipment cycles

• 3-Create Parts/Merchandise - Create cycles for cycle counting parts and merchandise

• 4-Close Part/Merchandise - Close all parts and merchandise cycles

 

Function Keys

Function Key	Description
F1	Help.  Place your cursor in a field and press F1 to access online help for that field.  Place your cursor outside of any field, and press F1 to access online help at the program level.
F3	Exit.  Exit the page or program.
F12	Cancel/Previous.  Exit the program or move back a screen.
