Description:
Use this screen to review a list of inspection records and to select, display, or print one or more of the records.
Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.
Navigation
Access this program directly from the Equipment Application menu or by pressing F4 in the Inspection Number field in various programs. If you access this program from another Inspection program, you can use Option 1 to select a record to pull into that Inspection program. If you access this program from the menu, you can only display inspection history (Option 5) or print an inspection record (Option 6).

Select. Enter 1 in the Option field to select the inspection record for the current transaction program. This option is available from the Update/Close/Inquire Inspection programs. |

Display. Enter 5 in the Option field to advance to the Inspection History screen. |

6 |
Print. Enter 6 in the Option field to print the inspection record. |
Fields
Displays the number the system assigned to the inspection record.
Displays the number of the equipment that was inspected.
Displays the code for the type of inspection performed.
Displays a brief description of the inspection performed.
Displays the current status of the inspection. Valid codes are:

O - Open
-
E - Expired
-
C - Closed
Displays the date the inspection was created.
