Sales Item Location Maintenance - LaunchUse this screen to launch the Sales Item Location Maintenance program where you can set up sales item information for specific locations.

On this first screen of the Sales Item Location Maintenance program, use the function keys to switch the program to the appropriate mode: Change, Add, or Inquire. If you want to change or inquire on a sales item for a specific location, enter the location, the sales item number, and stock classCode used to categorize sales items for analysis and reporting. You may choose to make the stock class a subset of the vendor code. and proceed to the next screen in the program. If you do not know the sales item number, press F4 in that field to search for it. If you want to add a new sales item location record, press F6=Add, and then enter the location, item number, and stock class you want to add.

Enter the code for the location for which you want to add, change, or inquire on a sales item record.
Enter the item number you want to add, change, or inquire on. If you do not know the number you want to change or inquire on, press F4 to search for it.
Enter the stock classCode used to categorize sales items for analysis and reporting. You may choose to make the stock class a subset of the vendor code. associated with the item number.

Refresh. Refresh the screen and remove entered data. |

Add. Switch the program to ADD mode so that you can create a new sales item location record. |

Item Number Toggle. Toggle the Item number field to Manufacturer's number or UPC code. |

Inquiry. Switch the program to INQUIRE mode where the sales item location records are view-only. |

Change. Switch the program back to CHANGE mode so that you can update an existing sales item location record. |

F12 |
Cancel/Previous. Exit the program or move back a screen. |
