Use this program to create a grouping of category/classTwo-part classification for individualized and bulk equipment. Rental rates are entered by category/class, and the ID number for bulk items is the category/class ID.es that appear together in the Equipment Search - By Worksheet results screen. In the results screen, you can select multiple category/classes at the same time from the grouping to use for the transaction you are entering.

Access this screen by entering a new or existing worksheet ID on the Worksheet Maintenance - Launch screen and pressing Enter. Enter the category/classes that you want in the worksheet grouping and the sequence in which you want them listed.

Equipment Search - By Worksheet
Displays the ID of the worksheet that you are maintaining.
Enter the ID of the category you want to add to the worksheet.
Enter the ID of the class you want to add to the worksheet.
Displays the reservation item number of the category/class that was added to the worksheet.
Enter or accept the sequence number for the category/class on the worksheet. This sequence determines the order in which the category/classes are listed on the worksheet in the search results screen.
Displays the description of the category/class that was added to the worksheet.
