Access this program from the Rental File Maintenance menu in Operations. On the first screen, enter a location and a category/class for which you wish to enter or update rental rates. If you leave the Location field blank, you will be setting up rental rates for the specified category/class in all locations. Once the category/class is entered, the main screen appears.

Enter the category ID for which you want to set rental rates.
Enter the class ID for which you want to set rental rates.
