Code Maintenance - Launch State
Code Maintenance - LaunchUse this screen to launch the State Code Maintenance program where you set up state codes to use throughout the system. State codes are used in billing and shipping addresses for customers, customer jobs, vendors, and other entities that have addresses.
Click a link to advance to that section of the topic.
Access this screen from the International menu in the System File Maintenance application. First, enter the code for the country where the state is located, and then enter the code for the state you want to maintain. If you do not know either code, press F4 to search for them. To add a new state code, press F6 to switch the program to ADD mode and then enter the country code and new state code.
