Access this screen from the Cross Application Maintenance menu. Enter an existing legal entity code to maintain. If you do not know the code, press F4 to search for it. To create a new legal entity, enter a code that does not exist in the file, and then press Enter to advance to the next screen in ADD mode.

Legal Code

Enter the code for the legal entity record you want to maintain. If you do not know the code, press F4 to search for it. To create a new legal entity, enter a code that does not exist in the file.

Function Keys

Function Key	Description
F1	Help. Place your cursor in a field and press F1 to access online help for that field. Place your cursor outside of any field, and press F1 to access online help at the program level.
F3	Exit. Exit the page or program.
F4	Search. Place your cursor in a searchable field and press F4 to access a lookup window or more advanced search screen.
F6	Add. Switch the program to ADD mode to create a new legal entity record.
F10	Inquiry Mode. Switch the program to INQUIRY mode.
F11	Change Mode. Switch the program back to CHANGE mode.
